Cox Job Summary:
Develops and directs customer care and sales processes, methods and procedures, knowledge management and communication strategies. Provides call center and sales personnel with up-to-date information on products, services, processes, tariffs, rates, features, and troubleshooting techniques by collecting and disseminating information, methods, and procedures via web-enabled electronic knowledge databases.
Cox Job Specifications:
1-Acts as the internal call center expert in methods, processes, and procedures and communicates vital information concerning products, services, rates, tariffs, and processes for call center and sales staff.
2-Attends meetings and training sessions to collect and disseminate critical information concerning products, services, rates, tariffs, and processes to call center and sales staff.
3-Develops and maintains up-to-date content for web-based knowledge center that motivates and informs users and decision-makers. Broadcasts updates and links via e-mail if appropriate.
4-Obtains, updates, and distributes information concerning products, services, tariffs, rates, and advertising campaigns, and competitive issues in the marketplace. Determines best methods of communications including newsletters, bulletins, email, banners, flyers, or other creative means of communications.
6-Solicits feedback, researches alternatives, and proposes improvement recommendations for enhancement to communications and knowledge center tools.
7-Answers employees' questions concerning products, services, and information retrieval in a helpdesk environment.
