Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
One day off during week (normally Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday depending on availability)
- Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, polite, energetic manner supplying caller with accurate information
- Collaborate with the Indirect/Direct distribution arms
- Able to process account changes in a timely manner for our wonderful customers
- Address and resolve customers technical difficulties in a dynamic manner
- Cellular background preferred
- Excellent verbal and PC skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Solution oriented and able to think outside of the box
- 2 years customer service experience
