CALL CENTER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - FULL TIME
FULL TIME HOURS:
11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday - Saturday (will require Saturday or Sunday hours)
Average 40 hours/week.
Must be available to train full time for 10 weeks Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for world-class customer service while responding to incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries on various types of accounts and bank products and services. A successful CSR candidate will demonstrate the ability to problem-solve.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
*Maintaining a working knowledge of product lines which will include: checking, savings, IRA’s, CD’s, loans, mortgage, online banking and credit cards.
*Completing follow-up paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
1 year of college preferred.

Excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple and/or conflicting responsibilities.
Must be self motivated with the ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, ever evolving environment.
