The Call Center Member Service Representative is responsible for the delivery of exceptional service by providing the kind of personal attention and outstanding service our members have come to expect. As a Call Center MSR, your outgoing and personable manner offers our members a comfortable, professional and efficient experience in resolving customer inquiries, completing members’ transaction and offering advice on the best products and services to meet our members’ needs.
Our Call Center MSRs will knowledgably and confidently work with our members through various channels including telephone contact, internet contact, faxes and mail.
Requirements: Candidates must have a positive, energetic and outgoing personality, high level of dependability, able to multi-task, excellent verbal and written skills, demonstrated job stability, possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Call Center experience is required preferably in a financial institution, or in a service industry profession. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year or more experience.
Computer skills are essential in performing the minimum expectations of this position.
Candidate must be available to work the following shifts:
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - All positions require U.S. citizenship, drug test and a Federal Government Security Clearance. NWFCU will sponsor the clearance process for qualified applicants. All Applicants will be subject to a credit history check in order to determine employment eligibility with NWFCU.
