TITLE: INBOUND CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
START DATE: OCTOBER 8, 2012
LOCATION: ROCHESTER, NY
Concentrix is seeking to hire experienced Inbound Call Center Customer Service Professionals who will be responsible for handling inbound contacts of an informational and emergency. Additional services provided will include but are not limited to, the following: general inquiry support, service delivery support and ad hoc requests. This individual must feel comfortable maintaining a working knowledge of all company products and services through continuous classroom and self paced training. In addition, the CSR must have experience in processing trouble tickets and using multiple tools and procedures to address the client’s needs.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Above average proficiency in computer skills including extensive experience with MS Office, and Windows.
The ability and the desire to learn and master additional software applications.
Candidate must be flexible and able to handle ongoing changes within the environment while consistently maintaining at a superior performance level.
(2) Years customer service experience is required.
Ability to pay special attention to detail and complete tasks on time.
Additional requirements include: outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills as well as stellar phone skills.
Must pass Call Center Certification exam with a score of 90% or better score within first two weeks of employment.
