This Call Center Representative position offers you the opportunity to leverage your call center talents while enjoying the work / life balance of traditional business hours. As part of the Provider Services group, you will respond to calls from providers and customers regarding eligibility and benefits for Molina Medicaid Solutions (MMS). You will join a strong-growth company as part of a talented and experienced team on which you can challenge yourself professionally and history shows people can advance from the Call Center Representative role. In the process you'll support Molina's mission to provide quality healthcare for financially vulnerable individuals and families.

To be a good fit for the Call Center Representative opportunity, you will have:
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with data input.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently as well as to contribute as a team player.
  • Medicaid and / or medical claims experience is preferred.
