Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Call Center Representatives for contract positions in Alton, Illinois.
The ideal Call Center Representative will handle calls in a blended environment (inbound/outbound), efficiently, professionally and in a courteous, friendly manner. They will also be responsible for executing excellent listening, conflict/resolution and communication skills (verbal/written).
This Call Center Representative will provide high quality, customer driven service by proactively identifying and addressing customer requests by fielding a large volume of incoming calls. They will be responsible for establishing customer rapport, handling general inquiries, and undertaking data preparation appropriately.
This is a temp to hire opportunity. Shifts vary and include 4 week days and 1 weekend day. We are seeking people with a strong customer service work history. We also are in need of candidates who are bilingual in English/Spanish.
Ability to conduct oneself professionally with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
Ability to successfully interact daily with many different personalities.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, plan, and organize.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Must have Call Center/Customer Service Experience.
Excellent customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding telephone personality.
Possess a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
Excellent professional communication skills , both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
