The Call Center Representative
is responsible to operate the hospital/Physician's Answering Service communications systems. Triaging and processing customer's calls while following specific protocols in a timely professional manner. Will be required to take reliable messages and transmit messages to physician/office staff/hospital personnel as per standing orders. These calls may be of an emergent nature and will require the Representative to remain calm in a fast paced stressful situation(s).

Requirements Include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in a call center, hospital switchboard or physicians office required.
Must have basic computer and typing skills.
Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills are essential.
