Serve as key sales contact for call center customers; provide superior customer service to call center customers with the highest degree of professionalism, always striving for complete customer satisfaction and profitable performance for the Company.
Handle all inquiries from potential customers; coordinate the prompt handling of ll customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry/pricing/expediting/billing/order maintenance/credit/claims; ensure every customer experience meets quality standards as defined by the customer
Promote and sell Company products and services to every inbound calling customer regardless of assigned territory, in compliance with all Company pricing policies and instructions, to achieve maximum gross margin rate
Solicit all inbound calling customers to purchase additional products and services beyond the customer's original request; take an active role in selling excess stock; promote all special programs and offers as directed
Make outbound customer calls throughout the assigned territory as directed, solicit the purchase of Company products and services; solicit orders from existing customer base daily; ensure timely responses to customer orders and inquiries
Maintain up-to-date customer contact information and reports of business transactions; assist in collection of past due accounts
Respond to all written and electronic customer correspondence in a timely manner; provide first-level technical support on call center products and services; represent the customer in the resolution of disputers and claims, including those involving the Company's suppliers
Monitor customer satisfaction through the use of written and verbal surveys and coordinate corrective action to resolve the deficiencies; advise, guide and assist in training other Call Center Sales Agents on the presentation of Company goods and services to customers

Minimum Job Requirements
No experience required: Entry level position
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Job Requirements
Four-year degree preferred
