The Call Center Supervisor job entails organizing and directing the daily activities of their agent team in support of the overall call center operations. Their primary focus is to monitor, coach, train, and guide the agents to execute their tasks in a consistent manner while delivering an excellent customer experience in an inbound Services Call Center. This position will cover a combination of 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts.

Experience/Education Required

Key skills include:
  • 2-3 years experience in Call Center leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize in a dynamic fast paced work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and coach in a positive and supportive manner
  • Good decision making and communication skills
  • Maintain calmness under tight pressure
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills, build effective relationships with all levels of the team and department
  • Acts as an information source and guides agents to best answers available
  • Good PC skill in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
