The Call Center Supervisor job entails organizing and directing the daily activities of an agent team while supporting overall floor operations in an inbound Services Call Center. Primary responsibilities include managing agents to service levels, managing agent attendance & break coverage as well as monitoring, coaching, training, and overall guiding agents to execute in a consistent manner while delivering an excellent customer experience. This position will cover a combination of 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts.

Experience/Education Required
Key skills include:
•4-5 years experience in Call Center leadership role
•Demonstrated success multi tasking and prioritizing in a dynamic fast paced work environment
• Demonstrated ability managing to service levels, monitoring and coaching in a positive and supportive manner
•Good decision making and communication skills
•Maintain calmness under tight pressure
•Excellent people and interpersonal skills, build effective relationships with all levels of the team and department
•Acts as an information source and guides agents to best answers available
•Good PC skill in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
•Bachelors Degree preferred
