The Supervisor assists the Call Center Representatives and their customers by answering calls on the Assist Queue, a "help" line for the floor. The Supervisor is responsible for the on-going assistance to and development of up to ten customer service/collections reps, as well as tracking the metrics and attendance of their team. In addition, the Supervisor conducts live side-by sides with the team members and reviews the Quality Control audits, both progress-measuring exercises.
