TechTarget is seeking a committed Client Service Representative/Campaign Manager (CM), who will be a critical, long term member of the Operations Team. The CM is primarily responsible for supporting Sales in managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process for online advertising campaigns .This includes the day to day responsibility of coordinating the receipt of online media deliverables, scheduling inventory and managing the campaign and all the reporting. The CM works with each internal department and/or individual involved in the execution of a campaign. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and will be looking to create and maintain long-term relationships with both internal and external clients. Candidates must pos exceptional organizational and communication skills, be a problem solver and comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure. This individual needs to be a team player, be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Build relationship with Advertisers to provide support and an easily executed campaign;
  • Communicate daily with the Sales team, ROI Consulting, Product Management, Trafficking and Senior Management with regard to campaign status and execution;
  • Manage order fulfillment for online advertising orders including, the scheduling of inventory, the trafficking of deliverables to the applicable production teams, and performance reporting
  • Work closely with the advertisers and agencies to ensure creative deadlines are met Provide excellent Customer Service through quick response times and effectively delivering and meeting client expectations;
  • Provide order status and performance reports to Sales Reps;
  • Assist Sales Reps with preparing quotes and Insertion Orders;
  • Ensure all advertising campaigns meet client expectations, are executed on-time, and are error free
  • Ensure all booked revenue is recognized in a timely and efficient fashion
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
  • 2 – 5 years of customer service experience; must have experience working directly with customers in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills;
  • Superior organizational skills;
  • Extremely reliable - team player;
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls and projects;
  • Must be fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly;
  • Computer Application literate;
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required;
  • Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably to the advertising and agency marketplace; and,
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
