The Campaign Manager for Targeted Marketing Communications ensures that all program information is reviewed for completion and accuracy, that events are managed effectively during the entire event cycle, and that these campaigns are error-free and released on time. Along with other required duties, the Campaign Manager must ensure the on-time and flawless delivery of events.
Ensures the on-time and flawless execution of events during the entire campaign cycle.
Co-ordinates all areas of one-to-one campaigns while working effectively with Partnership Management, Creative, Analysis and Production to allow campaign work to continue without pause or delay.
Reviews creative assets for completeness and accuracy.
Identify and implements improvements that change the way we work internally
Performs pre/post-production QA of campaigns to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
Creates briefs and execution documents from which a campaign can be executed
Ensures that all documentation and information related to a campaign is both current and accurate.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Key skills required to be able to perform this role:
Direct experience with managing the execution of targeted marketing communications.
Project management experience
Strategic thinking and problem solving combined with the ability to communicate recommendations effectively to internal and external clients
Organized and Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Strong communicator – verbal and written skills
Ability to work effectively with and through others, a team player.
3-5 years of Project Management experience
Experience with writing project and creative briefs, preferred
Extremely detailed oriented
