Reporting Relationships:
Campus Director is accountable to the Regional Vice President. The Regional Vice President reports to the CEO of the College.

The Campus Director is an outstanding position for career-minded and goal-oriented individuals to experience an entrepreneurial, values-driven culture; a rapidly growing business driven by societal and educational trends; a robust and defined career path; and most importantly, the opportunity to positively impact the lives of aspiring students and their communities. The employee will leverage his/her experience by holding responsibility for all divisions of the Campus. This includes: budgets, cost control, building, maintenance, student services, marketing and admissions, academic leadership for local Campus, and participation in community organizations. The Campus Director will play a large role in watching students discover the importance of investing in their future and achieving a degree in one of Rasmussen's industry-leading, practical and accredited programs from: the School of Nursing, the School of Justice Studies, the School of Technology & Design, the School of Health Sciences, the School of Business, or the School of Education.

Additional responsibilities include:
Assess Campus "climate" and drive support for overall vision and mission of the College

Participate in and support faculty involvement in institutional governance

Participate in the strategic planning process as well as the licensing and accreditation processes

Provide working budget for overall Campus functions and establish working budgets by category for staff

Establish and implement cost controls as budget requires to meet bottom line expectations

Provide weekly reports of all campus objectives to the Regional Vice President and CEO

Hire all staff/administrative positions and assist with the financial aspects in the hiring process

Maintain an open door policy and provide direction and support to all campus departments

Meet with staff weekly to establish and discuss goals/objectives

Attend faculty meetings, Admissions meetings, Placement meetings, Financial Aid meetings, Advisory Board meetings, Campus meetings held by System staff, Orientation, and Commencement

Audit questionnaires, evaluations, financials, F/A files, student files, and employee files, ensuring compliance standards are adhered to

Maintain admissions evaluation process and meet enrollment and retention goals within specified guidelines

At least five (5) years of operations/sales management experience with preference given to those with direct educational experience

High energy and inspirational leadership skills including the ability to develop, motivate, and manage staff in an entrepreneurial setting

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated success in collaborating within all levels of business; and the ability to work effectively with a diverse campus community

Demonstrated ability to drive results and strong commitment to client service

Proven problem solving skills and an ownership mentality

Understanding of regulatory compliance guidelines in the education industry or related sector

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, or Communication is required
