The Campus President manages the day-to-day campus operations and is the direct supervisor for Academic Managers and Student Services. The Campus President collaborates with the Regional Directors of Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Services, Default Prevention, and Education.
The Campus President provides leadership and management of the academic planning and analysis process, coordinates the implementation of programs, provides program review, manages academic issues, and manages the campus budget.
The Campus President reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direct supervision for the campus management staff, including:
o Campus Vice President
o Director of Student Success
o Program Chairs
o Library Coordinator
o Bookstore Coordinator
o Student Records Specialist
o Facility Coordinator
o Executive Assistant
• Collaborates with Regional Directors to provide indirect supervision of:
o Admission staff
o Financial Aid staff
o Career Service staff
o Default Prevention staff
• Academic development and management:
o Promote and facilitate innovation in student outcomes
o Manage functions associated with the development, delivery, and assessment of programs
• Operational management:
o Manage the selection, recruitment, development, and evaluation of direct reports
o Develop and implement policies for the operations and procedures of the institution
o Functions as the FERPA and Compliance Officer on campus
• Other duties:
o Participate in college activities
o Assist the CEO, COO, RVPO and administration as needed
o Participate and/or chair various institutional committees as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Master’s degree required
• 5 years of business management experience required
• 2 years experience in higher education required
• Proven track record of successful, performance-driven leadership required
• Experience managing people and multiple ongoing projects required
• Excellent organization, communication, time management, and problem solving skills required
