Execute on our campus recruiting plan to fill entry level positions
Act as primary recruiting point-of-contact for college recruiting. Develop and maintain relationships with the following people or groups: academic faculty; career office employees and student organizations.
Promote the company’s brand and image on targeted college campuses.
Coordinate all logistics for campus recruiting events
Conduct the initial screening on campus to determine suitability and interest and educate college candidates on the company and our opportunities.
Manage a round-robin interview process for multiple groups of students.
Actively recruit internal technical client-serving professionals to represent Crown on campus. Guide these individuals on recruiting procedures and process.
Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates
Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Cycle.
Manage all college candidate data tracking, reporting and analysis.
Analyze progress and results at assigned schools, identify best practices and develop strategic recommendations for future recruiting.
Work with team to recruit mid-career colleagues as time permits
