Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to add an experienced Campus Recruiter responsible for recruiting qualified campus graduates to fill entry-level positions in our McLean, VA, Austin, TX, and Portland, OR offices. The successful candidate will coordinate recruiting activities, and develop and maintain relationships with campus Career Services centers, student groups, and faculty. You will also be responsible for developing Cvent’s brand and image on college campuses, and serving as the point of contact for students and University Career Services directors.
Work closely with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Recruit on campus to fill fulltime, entry-level positions.
Apply thorough knowledge of full, lifecycle recruiting to fill positions
Plan and coordinate college recruiting events, including but not limited to college career fairs, and presentations in classrooms and at student organization meetings.
Manage relationships and act as primary recruiting point of contact for faculty, Career Services centers, and students at assigned schools.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
Actively recruit internal employees to represent Cvent on campus and conduct interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database
Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates
Assist with special projects
Bachelor’s degree required
2-5 years experience in a corporate campus recruiting role required
A combination of technology and non-technology recruiting experience strongly preferred
Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques and familiar with working with resume management/applicant tracking database systems such as Taleo
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required
The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the sales team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
