About the Business
This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting; sourcing, attracting, interviewing, selecting and hiring high quality individuals for primarily overtime eligible and overtime exempt positions that are typically higher in volume and turnover within similar disciplines or lines of business. In this position, the Recruiter I will focus on building and sustaining working relationships with hiring managers and other human resources partners to define hiring needs as well as developing cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield top talent. The Recruiter I will be responsible for maintaining Key¿s talent pipeline and creating a positive candidate experience.
This position will require a basic to intermediate level of knowledge and experience in executing the essential functions of the job.

Essential Job Functions
Responsible for recruiting and selection of entry level to senior level professional positions. Serve as a business partner with hiring managers and generalists to develop a solid understanding of the business and sets expectations for working together. Educates hiring managers on the recruiting process. Works with the hiring managers and generalists to forecast hiring needs. Reviews diversity representation and puts together a strategy for sourcing diverse candidates. Develops recruiting strategies for each assignment and executes the strategies. Coordinates the internal and external posting process including screening applications, managing the communications and follow-up on hiring decisions. Strategically recruits on the Internet by selecting the most appropriate sites, using the resume database and search agent functions. Effectively negotiates with search firms and sets expectations for services and costs. Uses employment research and conducts cold-calls to identify candidates who may not be currently seeking employment. Screens candidates using a behavioral-based interviewing process to screen for required skills, competencies and motivational fit. Reviews resumes/applications and conducts phone screens and develops interview guides. Coach/trains hiring managers on behavioral-based interviewing as needed.
Develop offer package with hiring manager and extends to candidate: determine offer components (i.e. salary, incentive and other pay considerations including signing bonus, stock options and relocation). Extends and negotiates offer with candidate. Coordinates all pre-employment scheduling, Peoplesoft entries and compliance responsibilities. Implements background and drug testing procedures and schedules new hire orientation. Prepares files for each assignment.
Ensures the files include all selection documenttaion. Participates in monthly National Recruiter Meetings and pro-actively offers feedback.
3 years recruiting or generalist experience including professional level recruiting. Bachelors Degree or equivalent recruiting experience. Strong leadership skills. Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning skills. Excellent negotiation and sales skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent relationship management skills. Outstanding organizational and planning skills. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Product. Strong knowledge of employment law.
