Job Description:

Develop, plan and participate in campus activities such as presentations, career fairs, interviews, \"sell\" receptions, etc. Establish relationships with key campus stakeholders including: placement office directors, faculty, and students. Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses. Assist in identifying and selecting candidates by critically evaluating candidates on whether they have the necessary skills and interest to sustain a career. Record, update and analyze all recruiting data for schools and local office initiatives. Work with school teams and Manager to capture ROI from campus recruiting efforts. Ensure accuracy of data within the applicant tracking system. Work closely with recruiting coordinators to maximize effectiveness of campus processes. Assist in the development and implementation of the intern program in assigned office(s) Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years of prior recruiting or campus recruiting experience. Proficient in MS Office software. ? Willingness to travel, work evenings or weekends as needed. Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with internal clients, leadership and colleagues. Excellent project management, verbal/written communication, interpersonal/presentation skills. Must be comfortable and confident speaking to large populations. High energy and passion for recruiting, creativity, self-confidence. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to exhibit flexibility and adapt to changing business priorities. Ability to quickly learn the industry, culture, business terminology and processes. Ability to take initiative, anticipate issues and recommend solutions.
