This person contributes to The Pepsi Beverage Company's success by supporting the sales and delivery function. This person will have the responsibility of working with sales and delivery teams to support the daily needs of the location and customers. The Intern will participate in a 10-12 week program designed to provide an understanding and overview of our business, leadership and management skills, and could potentially be considered for a role of a Sales Management Trainee.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Focus on sales growth
Assist in managing Customer Development Agreements through store audits
Track business results
Monitor competitive activity and develop programs to address customer needs
Provide support for new brand launches
Complete project work as needed
Present to leadership and end of term wrap up, key findings, recommendations, etc.
Basic Job Qualifications:
Currently earning a Bachelor's Degree with an anticipated graduation date in December 2012 to June 2013.
Must have a vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a fast paced environment
