Performs various hospital food services duties (e.g., assembles, delivers, and retrieves patient trays, washes dishes, pots, carts, and service-ware support; sets up, and serves customers in cafeteria.
1. Education and Training
High School Diploma or equivalent
One Year of experience working in a food service environment preferred
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
•Ability to be active and on feet most of the day, life, push, and pull light to medium weight objects; occasionally push and pull heavy weight objects.
•Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in in writing with patients, visitors, hospital staff, and co-workers.
•Must possess knowledge of and be in compliance with local, state, and federal food handling regulations (i.e., HAACP).
•May require valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance.
