DESCRIPTION

PSECU is a high-tech progressive $4+ billion financial institution that is seeking Card Services Customer Service Representative to provide superior service to members for their Cards Services needs. The Call Center representative also acts as an interceptor for all calls for the department and directs calls to the appropriate area within the department or to other areas of the Credit Union.

DUTIES

These entry level positions include answering incoming calls and emails pertaining to Cards, ATM's, Mobile deposits, and the UPost online deposit service. First point of contact for members reporting Lost/Stolen and Damaged/Captured VISA Cards, Check Cards, and ATM cards. Promotes PSECU products and services to the members. Performs various back office functions and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates for this position must have a genuine interest in working with our members, Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Good attendance, Solid problem solving skills, Ability to use intermediate PC-based software such as Microsoft Office. Call center/banking experience is not a requirement, but certainly would be a plus. Applicants must be bondable and credit worthy.
