The Position

Magee Resource Group has been retained by St. Elizabeth Healthcare to recruit a Nurse Manager, Cardiac Surgery Recovery Unit for their Edgewood Campus; the largest hospital in their system and re-designated Magnet facility. This position will serve as a mentor by role modeling a professional practice with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness and standards of care. This position is responsible and accountable for daily operations of the assigned unit on a twenty-four hour basis, seven days a week. This person will also develop, implement and monitor compliance to the unit operating budget.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, licensed to practice nursing in the state of Kentucky. Three plus years of nursing experience in an acute care setting with supervisory/leadership experience also required. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities related to operations and systems management, HR management and quality as well as customer service.
