The Care Attendant will perform Care Attendant, Housekeeping and Dietary functions. Specifically this position is responsible for providing personal and delegated health-related services designed to maintain the tenants physical and emotional well-being; keep the facility clean, sanitary, orderly, safe and attractive; and provide assistance in the dining room.
The Care Attendant requires an ability to work with a variety of tenants with differing values, attitudes, capabilities, and dispositions while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude. A Minnesota nursing assistant certification is preferred, and may be required for some levels of assisted living. This position also requires an ability to work effectively, both as a team and independently.
