We are looking for a Full-Time Care Coordinator to assist our scheduling team. This position will work in our Everett or North Seattle office.
Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordinating of caregiver and clinical staff shifts. A critical component of the Care Coordinator role is to demonstrate the company's culture of compassion, accountability and results by displaying the highest standards of integrity, superb follow-through and consistency, and exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. The Care Coordinator works with a team comprised of the Area Director, Care Solution Advisors, Nurses, and Caregivers to assure that all of the client's needs are being addressed and met. The Care Coordinator works closely with management to assure that Fedelta Care Solutions is providing its' services in a timely manner that meet the wishes and needs of the clients.

Schedules Home Health/Homecare services by matching clients and caregivers with input from administration
Participates in recruiting, screening and hiring caregiver staff
Assists applicants with the hiring process
Assists with personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations
Assists with the referral/intake process for clients needing Home Health/Homecare services
Verifies third party payor coverage as needed
Assists with orientation of new caregiver staff
Assists in obtaining client satisfaction surveys
Performs other administrative tasks as assigned

2-4 years previous experience in a high-volume, deadline orientated scheduling environment
High school degree or GED
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers and administrative staff orally and in writing
Demonstrates self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to deal with a high level of stress
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Proficiency in the use of computers and software programs
