As a successful candidate you will have overall responsibility for scheduling and ongoing support of Private Duty Nursing field staff. You will be ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded by maintaining contact with existing clients and monitoring their care needs. this is a full time office position, M-F.

Coordinates and supervises the day-to-day care delivered by nursing staff who are assigned or working within the homes of PHC private duty clients. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, family and case workers in order to best meet the needs of the clients. Represents the department and company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Appropriately fills home care visits with field staff based upon the needs of the client, employee qualifications, and plan of care or treatment Identifies, researches and resolves client and/or employee problems or concerns and reports to supervisor as appropriate Prepares and submits timely written documentation as required by policy and/or management Participates in In-Service education, quality assessment activities and other staff meetings as required Nurse field work based on need, with minimum of 12 hours worked per month Performs other related duties as directed by management
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Age: Must be minimum 18 years of age
Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent, College graduate preferred with minimum Associate of Arts degree.
Experience: Minimum one (1) to three (3) years experience working in management capacity preferably within healthcare and/or home health industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITILES
Ability to effectively supervise, demonstrating good judgment and communicate well both verbally and in writing. Ability to function independently, organize, and prioritize while using good decision making skills. Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
