Carries out the services of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS), supported Employment Program under the MRC Contract, by assisting clients obtain and maintain employment this is consistent with their vocational goals. Function as a member of a client’s vocational team, while providing expertise on Supported Employment. Provide mobile services to clients’ in the community locations. Ability to work in an Outcomes driven and fast pace program.
Education and experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in mental health, or business. Experience working with people with mental illness, experience providing employment services and knowledge of the world work are preferred. Ability to work as an effective team player is essential. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred but is not required.
