The JOBS Coach (JC) provides administrative support to the JOBS Center and Business Solutions Consultants (BSC), and must be able to multi-task and conduct daily responsibilities while adhering to ATI values and mission. Additionally, the JC collaborates with the campus, BSCs and graduates to achieve graduate placement goals, must ethically provide guidance to students and graduates, and always maintain a high level of professional standards.

Typical work hours are 8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm, Monday through Friday. This job is eligible for overtime pay.

 Contact unplaced graduates weekly
 Schedule and conduct face to face mock interviews, provide feedback
 Provide resume writing assistance and job search guidance to graduates
 Screen and qualify job orders, job leads and scheduled job interviews
 Responsible for timely and accurate documentation in CampusVue of all student, graduate and employer communication
 Track all unplaced graduates and their employment criteria needs
 Perform other tasks as assigned

 High school diploma from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
 Must be Microsoft Office proficient with an emphasis on Excel
 Ability to work in cross functional teams and multi-task
 Strong background in data entry and administrative organization
 Strong background in high volume telephone work

 Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or related field from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
 1 to 2 years of call center experience
 1 to 2 years of interviewing experience

Typical Indoor Office environment; little / no exposure to elements
