  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred

  • Responsible for tracking and tracing functions for all fresh and frozen beef loads shipping or in-transit to customers or plants
  • Ensure all loads arrive and depart to/from shipper and customer on time
  • Notify transportation, customer service, and/or sales of any deviations to customer requested delivery dates and times
  • Act as a liaison for carriers to transportation on in-transit/loading issues
  • Provide specialized tracking for specific critical customers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Receive en-route check calls for load status, daily or at specific intervals
  • Make delivery appointments for your area of responsibility
  • Track current city/state locations, temperature readings, on-time or late ETA’s and notify customers directly on late shipments, along with transportation, customer service, and sales personnel
