CASE ADMINISTRATOR

Temporary positions, lasting approximately one-year, are available now. HORNE LLP, one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the Southeast, is seeking a Case Administrator for the Lower Rio Grande Valley area.

Education
  • Minimum four (4) years' experience in a professional environment required.


  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.


Skills
  • Proficiency with computer and spreadsheet software programs, including Microsoft Office suite products.


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


  • Bilingual Spanish/English or Vietnamese/English a plus.


  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously with limited supervision.


  • Very strong organizational skills required.


Job Requirements
  • Schedule personal consultations with potential disaster recovery applicants.


  • Conduct personal consultations with potential disaster recovery applicants.


  • Work with applicants to complete the application process.


  • Communicate with team members regarding application processing.


  • Communicate with applicants throughout the process.


  • Prepare applicant written correspondence.


  • Organize and maintain applicant files.


  • Data entry.


Other Responsibilities
  • Encouraged to participate in community events.


  • Participates in Mentoring Program and serves as new hire buddy.


  • Assumes individual responsibility to learn all new technology introduced by the Firm as appropriate for service/practice area.


  • Such other duties as may be assigned.
