Teach and assess independent living skills to youth with a diagnosis of mental illness. Attend clinical staffings and other clinical meetings as necessary. Assist youth in securing benefits, such as SSI, LINK, and Medicaid. Assist youth in exploring housing options and securing housing. This person will also be required to provide documentation of services and achieve productivity goals with attention to the clear demonstration of medical necessity.
This person should have good written and verbal communication skills and strong basic computer skills, which include the ability to document services in a clear and effective manner. Experience in the mental health field is strongly preferred.
Must have a valid Driver's license and good driving record.
Must have 100,000/300,000/100,000 auto insurance.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
