CASHIER:
Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily register operations at the opening and closing of the store
  • Ensure all register procedures are performed accurately and swiftly (purchases, exchanges and
refunds)

  • Perform administrative duties as needed
  • Training of the store’s register team
  • Provide excellent customer service and add-on sales of accessories at the register area
Requirements/Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business
  • High level of customer service and a friendly disposition
  • Ability to work well under pressure or stressful situations
  • Organizational skills to ensure tidiness of register area at all times

STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE:
Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Verifies all shipments to ensure that merchandise received matches the packing list and reports any
discrepancies to Management

  • Maintains the stockroom tidy and organized according to the Company’s guidelines
  • Properly prepares any transfers between stores or returns to the warehouse
  • Maintains the sales floor fully replenished at all times
  • Responsible for running of merchandise to the sales floor as requested by the front of house team
  • Assists in maintaining the visual merchandising standards by folding and arranging basic merchandise
Requirements/Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business
  • Ability to perform all tasks bearing in mind the highest standards of customer service
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure or stressful situations
  • Organizational skills to ensure tidiness of stockroom and store areas at all times
