Perform general patient accounting duties in the Patient Financial Services while handling receptionist responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to handle stressful situations and respond in a professional manner
Ability to interpret policies and procedures, make generalizations, evaluations or decisions based on sensory, judgmental, measurable or verifiable criteria
Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Courses in bookkeeping, typing, ten-key, accounting, and office machines preferred
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent certification
Prior medical office, banking, or bookkeeping experience preferred
Self-disciplined and self-motivated and requires little or no supervision in a manner that further advances the goals and objectives of the whole organization
Should be familiar with cash and credit card
