The Casino Controller oversees the operational accounting functions for the Seneca Allegany operations and ensures that accurate financial information is provided to senior management for decision-making purposes. Responsible for the management of the Revenue Audit, Cage and Count Room functions for the organization. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives, Compact, NIGC and MICS.

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area required.
Ten (10) years of profession experience with a minimum of five (5) years of casino finance experience and three (3) years of casino controller and/or casino finance management experience and at least three (3) years personnel supervisory experience.
Successful candidate must be an experienced, results oriented and hands-on professional.
Must be able to evaluate statistical reports and other business reports.
Must possess an understanding of Income Audit, Cage and Count Room issues.
Must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees.
Must possess ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in subordinate employees.

Must possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
