Responsibilities

We have an amazing opportunity available for a Casino VIP Marketing Services Coordinator to be based at our Casino Marketing Offices located in Linwood, New Jersey.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Marketing Administration, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support within the Casino Sales & Marketing team. Specific responsibilities include: Assist and coordinate travel arrangement including flights, hotels, transportation, food and beverage and property amenities for guests, communicates with current, new and past patrons by extending invitations, manages special requests and resolve any related disputes as necessary, manages suite inventory matrix on daily basis, conduct inventory control for marketing materials and office supplies, responsible for all incoming and outbound telemarketing, accountable for the department's reports, reservations, data entry, expense reports and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated individual who possess outstanding customer service skills and have the strong desire to provide our guests with an exceptional casino and entertainment experience.

To be successful for this position, the following skills and experience are required:

  • 5+ years' experience in casino marketing or VIP services required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a great sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great telephone etiquette skills
  • Experience with LMS, ACSC, ARTS, KCRS, and Faxination preferred
  • Must process effective decision making and social skills
