You'll be working for our Retail Support Division - supporting clients opening new stores, improving existing and their overall retail offer.
Working in a fast pace environment, you'll help to ensure that the range and display of products encourages and enables customers to make purchases. Working as part of a team, you'll replenish stock levels, ensure products are displayed according to plans, and move items from warehouses and stockrooms as required.
With a responsible and reliable approach, you'll ensure Company and customer confidentiality at all times. Health and Safety is also vital to this role and you'll follow Company procedures, including a dress code for which uniform is provided.
Experience in a retail or merchandising role would be useful but full induction training will be provided.
To meet customer requirements, this role involves working on a shift patternwhich can include weekends and nights. Normal shifts are between 10 to 12 hours, with a one hour unpaid split break. Due to travelling distances a car owner/ driver is preferred.
Manual handling activities are required in all aspects of the role which include pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying. There is also a requirement to actively respond to both verbal and audio instructions in order to ensure that Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.
There are also opportunities to progress into a Merchandising Team Leader role. If you have any previous Management experience and would be interested in leading the Merchandising teams please note this on your application form.
