Must be detail-oriented and have excellent administration, computer, communication and organizational skills.

Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Catering Sales Manager. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales. Main areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Selling Catering functions and meetings.
Maintaining of existing accounts as well as generating new business. Being the point of contact for our catering customers.
Promoting property and services to customers by conducting property tours and heavy phone contact.
Ensuring proper communication between the departments involved to provide exceptional service to our customers.
