Duties & Responsibilities
Process all at-need and pre-need records research requests.
Provide Equity Credit Worksheets for cemetery
Provide PNV for funeral home (except 3rd party pre-need contracts)
Research requests and provide documents for 3rd party transfers, surviving heirs, quit claims, even exchanges, and right of interment
Process NIS & Rekey coding
Request NIS property set-up
Update logs, files, plat books, & reports
Maintain Records Room
Assist with receipting of payments and bank deposit preparation
Provide exceptional customer service including rapid resolution of customer concerns.
Expected to comply with Internal Audit policies & procedures and related Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
All other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications, Experience & Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to handle pressure of meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
HMIS experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal business, communications and organizational skills.
Must be self starter who is detail oriented, accurate, and very reliable.
Ability to multitask and be a team player.
