Responsibilities:

* Managing 3rd party payroll and timekeeping service

* ensuring HRIS information integration with our benefits carriers

* reviewing and reconciling monthly invoices from our carriers

* managing annual open enrollment

* onboarding and orienting of new hires with regard to payroll and benefits

* being a payroll and benefits help-desk for our team members, and

* monitoring 401k compliance
