If you are interested becoming a member of the Chestnut Hill College Community and joining our Religious Studies Department, you must possess the following requirements:
Ph.D. required, preferably in Biblical Theology/Studies or Historical Theology from a Catholic University; demonstrated academic leadership experience and collaborative style; skilled in process/facilitation and group dynamics; understanding and appreciation of spirituality; ability to be a visionary who can lead the department into the future; experience in and commitment to education in small liberal arts college; ability and desire to engage in collaborative research with undergraduate students; able to engage with diverse groups of students; demonstrated proficiency in teaching graduate and undergraduate students.
