Candidates must be Organizational Change Management professionals Successful candidates must possess exceptional soft skills communication skills and presentation skills They must have strong experience working as an organizational change management professional on ITrelated change management projects Experience must include estimating effort executing strategies developed to manage change planning designing and developing training materials planning drafting and finalizing communication plans and communications PROSCI certification is a plus though not required This is not a technical Infrastructure change control position It is not a project management position It is not a business analysis role These candidates will be Organizational Change Management professionals Design development and documentation of business processes Initiation and coordination of process improvement projects Communicates with business to determine process needs Coordinates and conducts user training Generation of metrics to determine if processes are followed and desired results are being met Portfolio Management of IT Systems (by Process Area) Provide business process knowledge and application end user support to business operations (including development of PEN network and requirements identification) Serve as level II application support staff Demand Planning and Prioritization of IT initiatives (including both minor enhancementsbug fixes and new initiatives) Opportunity Development Application of process and system knowledge to problem resolution Functional requirements development and documentation Business case development Facilitation of funding source Project MetricsMeasurement (including value proposition milestone reporting) Project Execution Scope control Change management System testing Collaborative project reviews w customer (in conjunction with delivery organizations) Training specifications and delivery Deployment planning and implementation Systems strategy development (in support of functionprocess and PSL) Under broad direction identifies user requirements and assists with the design development and documentation of business processes Assists in the development of user training and works with users to ensure that processes are correctly followed Communicates with business units to ensure business needs are met Is an advocate to the business unit and user community Coordinates and conducts user training Assists in supervising others Provides basic job training and guidance on a regular basis performs work of same or closely allied nature Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a Business related field and 1014 years of experience in a related field or 15 20 years of related experience Should have direct experience in process field of specialization and extensive knowledge of business processes and process management techniques Change Management,
