DRC is currently looking for an experienced Change Management professional who will assist our client in:

Providing innovative change management and stakeholder outreach strategies and techniques

Developing interview guides and surveys, and collecting stakeholder input through surveys, feedback sessions, and change load assessments to identify skill gaps, resource gaps, and emerging risks.

Facililating workshops and feedback sessions with division/section leaders and a sample of employees to capture potential sources of resistance, identify key sponsors, and communicate opportunities for coalition building.

Developing aggregate and individual Leadership Action Plans for applicaiton lifecycle management solution.

Support a program-level action plan to reduce resistance to change, increase employee participation, and resolve risks and issues.

Assessing impact on stakeholder groups using qualitative and quantitative measures.

Aligning policies, procedures, performance measures, and organizational structures related to the program with change management strategies.

Providing strategic direction for the development of training strategies to prepare and equip the workforce for changes that result from the program.

Representing the Delivery managemetn Branch on various interdivisional outreach and awareness initiatives as directed.

Required Skills

Proactive , self starter

Knowledge of change management and outreach and awareness techniques used to implement change in large organizations.

Identify adn describe organizational cange considerations suc h as readiness and adoption for a solution tat manages applicaions from the point of an investmaentdecision through its develpment, deplyment/release , operaions and maintenance and retirement

Ability to collaborate with a government /contractor team in a coordinated effort, including developing project plans and budget estimates.

Ability to communicate the mission and objectives of the program to a variety of stakeholders, includng executive management.

Expertise in the tools, processes, and guidelines for effectively implementing change in large organizations.

Skill in developing written material and making presentations on a variety of issues for senior management and other audiences.

Desired :
Knowledge of iterative software development life cycle and aglile techiques preferred.

Required Experience

A successful candidate will have experience in customer relationships.

The candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the government official responsible for change management activitives for the FDIC Application Lifecycle Management Program. This collaborative approach results in customer facing activities for a majority of a normal workday.
