Immediate opportunity for ambitious talented executive chef to create a reputation with an established Relais & Chateaux restaurant in a weekend/resort community with a clientele primarily of New Yorkers. Seeking highly-skilled, innovative, reliable, well-intentioned, hard-working individual who wants to create truly special culinary experiences for our guests.
Salary $55,000/yr.

Critères indispensables
Executive Chef overseeing three F&B outlets, including Delmonico Room (fine dining), Bar Louis (brasserie-style global cuisine) and a Patissierie/cafe, as well as an organic garden and working closely with F&B manager and owners, creating menus, supervising staff, cooking, etc. We prioritize accessing local suppliers and purveyors.

Position is available immediately; housing provided.

Creativity, talent, experience managing a multi-outlet culinary operation, great communication skills, competence with Excel, costing and scheduling systems, ambition, good attitude and cooperative spirit.
