This position is responsible for being an active team player and leader in the smooth and efficient retail operation of the restaurant. Ensures quality sandwiches, soups and entrees for Mariposa Restaurant. Makes adjustments to other Line Cooks to ensure quality entrees are served in a timely manner.
Preps and organizes events for the day's business.
Plans chef's special and ensures proper ingredients are available for each week's business.
Performs line cook responsibilities.
Follows recipes in accordance with NM Food Services guidelines
Plans and places orders for supplies and groceries within budgetary guidelines.
This position requires two years of restaurant/kitchen experience in a leadership role.
