Basic Job Function:

Execute the culinary vision of a specific outlet and assist in the coordination of all food operations. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the purchasing, receiving, storage, issuance, preparation and presentation of food items. Control physical areas where food preparation occurs. Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum five (5) years in a culinary leadership role
Proven track record of career progression
Experience in a four or five star setting preferred
Culinary degree or accredited apprenticeship strongly preferred
Ability to manage all aspects of the restaurant to include; the production, purchasing, receiving, storage, issuance, menu development, and presentation of all food products. Develop and monitor food and labor budgets within the division while maintaining the highest quality food and sanitation standards
