This well-established Italian Restaurant outside of Boston is seeking a dedicated, creative and talented Working Chef/Chef de Cuisine. The candidate will be mentored by the Consulting Executive Chef William Bradley to ensure she/he has all the tools to succeed. The candidate must be well versed in fundamental classic Italian cooking. You will have overall responsibility for the back of the house operations to include daily execution, purchasing, inventory controls, menu development, hiring and training personnel to ensure the company's high standards are always maintained. An outgoing personality who loves to interact with our loyal customer base is highly desirable


At least 3 years culinary management experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef working in a high volume restaurant
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
Extroverted personality to coach and mentor staff, as well as to speak confidently with customers
Good stability and excellent references
Experienced in food ordering & tracking food inventory.
Availability to work 50 to 60 hours (weekends required)
Adequate transportation to and from work
Be willing to work any day and any shift.
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
