The primary purpose the Chemical Sampler is to Sample all raw materials for lab
analysis. Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace while producing a quality

Essential Functions:
• Monitor chemical inventory through SAP to determine sampling requirements.
• Communicate abnormal observations to lab.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids.
• Perform supporting tasks on vehicles such as cleaning, watering/recharging
batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank.
• Make and correct issues with counts on components in inventory.
• Operate stretch wrapping equipment
• Provide technical support and assistance to receiving, lab and QC Inspectors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Order and inventory materials to maintain sampling supplies.
• Assign inventory storage units to all chemicals
• Maintain sampling chemical inventory log.
• Maintain sampling facility to meet FDA guidelines.
• Follow all EPC Safety/Environmental, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and
Lean 5S policies and regulation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Education Required:
• Training in a vocational school, or 3 years related on-the-job experience
• Proficient in the use of SAP
• Prior knowledge of inventory management systems

Skills and abilities:
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to document and communicate effectively
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Good eye-hand coordination
• Ability to obtain certification to safely operate mobile equipment (fork
truck, etc.)
