Minimum Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required. Masters preferred.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands on financial management experience in government contracting.
Firm working knowledge of all types of government contracts.
Minimum 8 years of pricing government contracts.
Firm understanding of all state and federal tax laws.
Proven experience successfully completing all types of financial audits to include DCAA.
Financial Planning and Strategy knowledge.
Managing Profitability for multiple contracts.
Proven track record of Strategic Planning and Quality Management.
Ability to Promoting Process Improvement and cultivate new Procedures.
Ability to oversee all areas of Corporate Finance.
Experience Developing Budgets.
