Job Details:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or a health related field is required. Master’s degree and CPA certification, Fellowship in HFMA strongly preferred. Minimum of ten (10)-years experience as a senior financial executive, rising to CFO in a hospital or healthcare delivery system with comparable size and complexity to Seton Hospital. Experience working within a shared services or matrix reporting environment for “back office” functions such as revenue cycle, billing, general ledger, accounting and risk management. Experience in an integrated regional health care system and Catholic System strongly preferred. Solid track record of improving organizational efficiency and productivity and will have demonstrated the ability to use productivity tools to facilitate cultural change in the organization.
